MONGREL.LIVE DIGITAL SERVICE DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 1st August 2025
1. Service Delivery Purchased digital services will be delivered electronically or via the Mongrel.live website immediately after the Buyer’s order confirmation. Access credentials, instructions, or download links required to use the service will be sent to the Buyer via email or made available on the website. Delivery is considered complete once the Buyer receives the access information and can use the service. In case of technical issues preventing access to the service, the Buyer should notify the Seller immediately via email. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy Right of Withdrawal: Digital services are not refundable once the Buyer has started using the service or has downloaded/accessed digital content. If the service has not been accessed or downloaded, the Buyer may cancel the order and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. Defective Services: If the delivered service is faulty or does not meet the specifications, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing. The Seller will offer either: Free correction or re-delivery of the service, or A full or partial refund depending on the severity of the issue. 3. Exceptions Services that are customized or personalized for the Buyer may not be refundable. Any misuse or violation of the service terms by the Buyer voids eligibility for refunds.
