DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Mongrel.live (“Seller”) and the user (“Buyer”) who purchases digital services via this website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation. 1. Parties Seller: Name/Title: Mongrel.live Buyer: Any individual or legal entity purchasing services via the website. 2. Subject of the Agreement This Agreement governs the provision and terms of use of digital services purchased by the Buyer from the Mongrel.live website. Digital services may include: Online training, consulting, or content access Subscription-based digital services Digital tools or software usage 3. Formation of the Agreement The Agreement is concluded once the Buyer completes the purchase by clicking the “Buy” button. The Seller confirms the order by sending an order confirmation email to the Buyer. This email serves as written proof of the Agreement. 4. Service Fee and Payment The Buyer agrees to pay the fee specified for the selected service. Payment methods can include credit card, debit card, or other payment options specified on the website. Payment is considered received by the Seller once the order is completed. 5. Provision of the Service The purchased digital service will be provided electronically or through the website after the Buyer’s order confirmation. User credentials and instructions for accessing the service will be sent to the Buyer via email or the website. In case of any technical issues or access problems, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing. 6. Right of Withdrawal Digital services are not subject to withdrawal under Law No. 6502 once they have been accessed or used. If the service has not yet been used and no digital content has been downloaded or accessed, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the paid fee will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days. 7. Warranty and Defective Service The service is provided in compliance with applicable legislation. If any technical issue or deficiency is detected during the provision of the service, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing. In case of a defective service, the Buyer may request free correction, re-provision, or a refund. 8. Personal Data Protection The Buyer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation. Dispute Resolution In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties will first attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts are the consumer courts in the Buyer’s place of residence. 10. Effective Date This Agreement comes into effect when the Buyer purchases the digital service and confirms the order.
